A quotation does not guarantee product availability until the order has been confirmed with the relevant supplier.
3. Service Charge
Our standard sourcing service charge is 5% of the applicable purchase value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The service charge covers our sourcing and purchasing assistance, supplier coordination, and related support.
Shipping, customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, production costs, packaging costs, and other third-party charges may be separate unless specifically included in your quotation.
4. Pricing & Quotations
All quotations are based on information available at the time of quotation.
Prices may change due to:
- Supplier price changes
- Material costs
- Currency fluctuations
- Product specifications
- Quantity changes
- Customization requirements
- Shipping costs
- Taxes, duties, or other charges
A quotation becomes final only after the order and applicable payment have been confirmed.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
Depending on the project and supplier, payments may be required for product purchases, production, inspection, shipping, or other services.
Orders may not proceed until the required payment has been received and confirmed.
6. Quality Inspection
We can arrange or coordinate quality inspections before shipment when requested or included in the agreed service.
Inspection helps identify visible defects, incorrect quantities, specifications, or other issues before shipment.
However, an inspection cannot guarantee that a product will be completely free from every possible manufacturing defect.
7. Custom Products
Some manufacturers can provide customized products, including specific dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, designs, and packaging.
Customized products may have different production times, minimum order quantities, and payment requirements.
Once custom production has been approved by the client, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We can coordinate international shipping through logistics partners and provide worldwide and door-to-door delivery options where available.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with the laws and regulations of their destination country.
10. Product Damage During Shipping
We take reasonable steps to ensure products are properly prepared and packaged before shipment.
If products are damaged during transportation, the matter may need to be handled through the relevant shipping or insurance provider.
Clients should inspect shipments upon arrival and report visible damage as soon as possible.
11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Return and refund eligibility depends on the product, supplier, order terms, and reason for the request.
Because many products may be custom-made, specially ordered, or purchased specifically for a project, returns or cancellations may not always be possible.
Any approved refund will be subject to the applicable supplier, payment, shipping, and service terms.
12. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate:

We are not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
13. Supplier Responsibility

Manufacturer warranties, product warranties, and after-sales obligations may be subject to the individual supplier’s terms.
